Deliveries & Returns

UK mainland orders (Not Including NI, Scottish Isles and Channel Islands) orders will be shipped via UPS and should arrive the very next day providing the order was placed before 3PM Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday will be shipped with Royal Mail and should arrive the following Monday.

Orders from Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles and Channel Islands will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class Recorded. If your order is placed before 1PM Monday to Friday your order should arrive the very next day.

For international orders please email us @ Retail@supremefashions.co.uk regarding your location and we will get back to you with suitable postage options.

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding UK public holidays).

All orders from UK, Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles and Channel Islands should receive there order the next day if there order was placed before 3PM Monday-Friday. Although our couriers will try there very best to deliver the next day, we can not guarantee this.

Returning Items to Us:

Rough Diamonds hopes you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not completely happy you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Goods should be returned in a re-saleable condition in original packaging and with all tags and labels still attached to the garment. We insist that you do not remove any tags whilst you try on the garment otherwise we will not be able to accept the return.

You will need to return the item to us along with the invoice you received.

Upon receipt of the returned item/s we will exchange these for a different size as requested on the returns form. Alternatively we will issue a full refund minus the original delivery charge.

We will process the refund within 2 working days of us receiving the goods using the same payment method as was originally used to make the purchase.

Items Dispatched in Error:

In the event that an item is dispatched to you in error through no fault of your own you should contact us in writing or email within 7 days of receiving this item. We will then advise how to proceed with the return or organise a replacement item or refund.

Faulty Items:

We take great care ensuring all our goods are of high quality but in the unlikely event that you do receive a faulty item, you should contact us in writing or email within 7 days of the date of delivery. We will then advise how to return the item and offer the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
